PROCentre has been developed in New Zealand to compliment PRO100 and produce the manufacturing information required by the New Zealand and Australian markets.

PROCentre is fully integrated with the PRO100 design programme.  It provides a seamless process to take a drawing from design to production.

The information output for the factory cutting lists relate directly to the way the units have been constructed in PRO100.  This elevates the need to create formulas for the parts. You create a cabinet in PRO100 the same way you would for the factory and then you know that all the parts are the correct size. Want an extra shelf in a cabinet, just add it to the drawing and PROCentrewill calculate the rest.  Want a different material, just change it in PRO100 and PROCentre will price it for that material. Anything that you want to price can be added in the drawing and it will price it in PROCentre. It allows your designers to create a complete drawing without the need to specify the information separately for the factory office.

Design 2 Cam Ltd is pleased to be associated with ARDIS, a well known and powerful optimiser.  ARDIS has been fully integrated into PROCentre and automatically calculates the board and edging requirement for the job. This means that each job is priced to allow for the correct amount of board, no more finding that that last piece you need to cut will not fit on the piece you have left?

Do you use Pre Made doors, PROCentre can calculate the correct door size to be purchased, produce the order sheet, as well as calculating the price both cost and retail.  All you need to do is select the manufacturer, style and colour and PROCentre does the rest.

Roller doors are also priced for you so that you know you have the correct price for the size that is required.

Any additional items that cannot be allowed for on the drawing such as Installation, Removal of old kitchen, travel etc can be added in PROCentre.

Cut Lists, Hardware List with Supplier Codes, Pre Made List, Material List and a Client Proposal are just some of the reports that are available from PROCentre

The cost pricing is only accessible via the password protected maintenance area, which is where you can adjust your margins to generate your Retail Prices. This area is also where you specify the times associated to each part so that you calculate the accurate manufacturing time for your factory.

PROCentre Advanced has the ability to interface to your Post processing software for linking to your computerised machine, whether it be a Beam saw or a Nesting CNC.
